We are looking for experienced bookkeeper person to fit in with the team in Slough.
We are looking for someone 3 days per week 9am - 5pm.
- Responsible for upkeep of the management accounts (transactional)
- Electronic and hard copy filing and maintaining record
- Payroll - using Sage Payroll
- CIS payments
- Application for payments
- Data entry of Invoices, spreadsheets, receipts, payments on a weekly basis
- Liaison with suppliers and managing of all the general office contracts (telephone, IT, ATOL, insurance, etc.)
- Supplier payments
- Bank and credit card Reconciliation
- Maintaining good records of accounts, bank statements, reports, purchases, etc.
Qualification and experience required:
2+ Years’ experience in all bookkeeping duties
Must have experience in tax matters including CIS payments
Experience in VAT returns and Applications for Payment
Organised with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in task prioritisation
Experience with Sage Payroll software
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
We are looking for an individual with the following attributes and qualities:

Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
