Currently, Reed Turkey is looking for a "Black Sea District Manager" for it's client in oil and gas industry.

*Preferably, university degree from Engineering or Business *Administration departments,
*With a minimum 8 years field sales and marketing experience in the fuel sector,
*Good written and oral command of English,
*Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
*Having driving license (class B) and currently active as a driver,
*Having strong reporting and negotiation skills,
*Able to keep up with and adaptable to flexible working hours,
*Having strong managerial and organization skills,
*High mobility and no restriction for travel,
*No military obligation for male candidates.

*Manage existing customers’ business (sales, margins, gross margins, expenses, profitability, cash flow, credit) with increasing focus on growth of operation excellence,
*Pass field/market information to the central team in order to support the formation of appropriate strategies,
*Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to ensure effective communication,
*To ensure that the vision, mission and core values of the company are shared,
*Develop territory sales plans in line,
*Responsible for the whole sales process of the area both in operational and financial terms,
*Conduct yearly business plans and cascade to relevant parties within the operation,
*Adapt and implement all Operations Standards and Customer *Service Standards through all stations,
*Manage Sales Competency Programme for HR processes in the stations for frontline sales staff.
