A front line role with direct customer contact and responsibility to ensure all customers receive a timely, fair and consistent response in a manner that represents our client. This role will be conducted in English and German.

Job Description

-Provide quality and personalised responses to a wide variety of customer queries using email, phone and social media.
-Manage all customer contacts, resolving issues to an exceptional standard in a timely and efficient manner.
-Liaise with key internal departments where required to ensure a swift resolution of customer problems.
-Adhere to customer confidentially guidance and data protection legislation
-Word within key targets/SLAs set by the business

Personal Specification

-Experience of front line customer service,ideally in query based environment (rather than order taking or sales)
-An understanding of what makes great customer service and a desire to deliver it.
-Patience and the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
-Good communication skills, with excellent English and Good German listening skills
-IT literate with good keyboard and internet skills
