Behaviour Support Worker
£350.00- £375.00 per week (Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum is a relevant level 2 qualification and experience working with children with challenging behaviour)
Reed Education are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Worker to join our successful team, to work in a Primary School in East London. This is a long term, full time position which will commence in April. Working as part of a creative and dynamic team, the candidate will be working on a 1 to 1 basis with a pupil with challenging behaviour. Ideally the successful candidate will be team teach trained, however training can be provided.
The successful Behaviour Support Worker will be working in a vibrant 2 form entry school. The senior leadership team are extremely supportive and are committed to developing their staff, parental involvement is very positive.
To be considered for the Behaviour Support Worker position, you will:
Hold a relevant Level 2 qualification.
Have experience supporting children with challenging behaviour.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
