I am currently seeking a New Business Account Manager who will be generating new business but also managing the existing accounts. This role includes a competitive commission scheme which will be based on lead generation and customer turnover 

Main Duties:
- Potential new customers and opportunities to be identified using data sources such as the company’s CRM, databases and online research.
- From the new opportunities identified, they are to be developed in to generating new enquires and then order placing customers.
- Research and make contact with new people within the existing customer base using our experience with their company to build new relationships.
- Regularly contact the existing customer base to generate new business.
- Understand all the customers’ requirements and get the relevant information to relay this to the design team to enable a quotation to be produced.
- Follow up on all enquiries generated to close and secure the business.
- Weekly reporting to the Sales Director of business pipeline, sales, market feedback and other key indicators.

Skills:
- Desire, passion and drive to be successful 
- To effectively communicate in oral and written communications
- To have a confident telephone manner 
- Confident use of a PC to communicate internally and externally
- Self Managed and a Team Worker 

Systems:
- Sage CRM system to maintain accurate customer records for all communication and organising workflow.
- Microsoft Office package, including Outlook for the use of email which along with the telephone these are critical tools for this role.
