A London-based consultancy focussing on gaining market access for technology products and services seeks a Marketing Manager to help support the firm’s expansion They can work in 15 languages, including Arabic, English, French, Mandarin, Spanish and Turkish, allowing them to maintain close relationships with regulators and monitor public policy developments worldwide.

They’re looking for a dynamic experienced candidate to lead their marketing and related communication activities at a time of continuing growth for the firm and of exciting global technological change in our markets.

Your Duties and Responsibilities will be to:

• Provide leadership in the delivery of all marketing and external communications activity across multiple channels.
• Oversee the provision of intelligence to leadership help shape market and client-based decisions.
• Bring a commercial mind-set, providing expert marketing direction and advice on the most appropriate approach, content and channel mix and is accountable for ensuring that quality and brand standards are always upheld.
• Define short and long-term ROI measures and takes responsibility for delivery and evaluation of ROI on specific campaigns.
• Proactively seek new channels to market and innovates to engage with their audience in different ways.
• Work effectively with consultants on business development activities.
• Ensure that marketing activity is continuously improved and experience, information and knowledge are shared.

Required Education and Skills:
• Around 5 years’ experience in marketing for a professional services organisation, e.g., management consulting, market intelligence and publishing, law
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to be commercial and credible with consulting colleagues and senior leadership.
• Experience of leading high-performing teams.
• Graduate calibre with a proven track record in the provision of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns and communications programmes.
• Experience of developing and implementing marketing strategy matched to commercial objectives.
• Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach.
• Self-starter able to work effectively as part of a team.
