The role is working for an independent successful conference production company, specialised in the energy sector. Strong focus on building long relationships with clients and all round excellence. 

The right person in going to need to have solid admin/office/PA experience. This is necessary to ensure you can handle the pace that a lively events office can get to. 

Also required of you is experience in a b2b environment, ideally 5 years to ensure you are comfortable with the day to day challenges of the business market place 

Have a read through the tasks of the role, if you are comfortable with all the below you could be right for this job!

Customer Service: overseeing the registration in-box, answering customer queries by email and phone, updating and maintaining the customer database

Sales Support: filing customer booking forms, generating invoices, chasing payments, liaising with our event ticketing agency to ensure all customer bookings are processed effectively

Marketing Support: working with our external agencies on creating event logos, brochures, and websites, communicating weekly design updates, setting up and sending weekly emails, liaising with our media partners, building up new prospect data to support our marketing campaigns

Logistics Support: liaising with speakers, venues and audio-visual suppliers in the run up to each conference, managing the onsite registration desk, carrying out all post-conference administrative duties such as outstanding payment chasing and processing, feedback form summaries, thank you notes and gifts

Office Support: answering incoming calls, ordering stationary, liaising with facilities, organising team activities

This is a temp to perm role
Salary of £21k - £25k, dependant on experience
Working Hours - 8.30am - 16.30pm
