REED are working with a fantastic employer, recruiting for the position of Audio Typist.
Permanent position, which can be considered either on a Full Time basis, or Part Time (30 hours per week). Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
We are looking for someone experienced in Audio typing and with a quick typing speed of ideally 80 words-per-minute or more, with high levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
Start date as soon as possible.
You will be providing comprehensive audio typing and administration service as part of an administration team for the business, typing reports, minutes, letters and other documents, using digital dictation equipment. You will proofread and format reporting before it is checked by the author and sent direct to the customer or client.
You will also carry out administration duties as required in support of the administration service.
In addition, responsible for dealing with daily post and distributing to the correct department, franking the post and ensuring it is taken to the post box. Listing all cheques received in the office and ensure they are received by Finance to the bank the same day.
Ordering stationary and dealing with ad-hoc requests as required.
Undertake project support tasks and activities to support the operations department.
You must also be dedicated to providing a first class service and have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Full time equivalent salary of £25,000 plus other benefits!
