ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR LEEDS up to £18,000 + Benefits

I am delighted to be working in partnership with a Financial Services company in Leeds, who are looking to recruit an Administrator for their growing funds management team.
The main purpose of the role will be to monitor, maintain and check the quality standards of data input and processes within the department.
It's a really good opportunity if you have had exposure to working within a Financial Services environment, and enjoy dealing with Administrative tasks.

As a successful candidate your daily duties will be to:

Check all entries, amendments, revisions to the client registers for accuracy.
Ensure all client register entries, amendments, revisions have appropriate and acceptable supporting documentation/ correspondence.
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, content and layout of correspondence is in line with department procedures and best practice.
Monitor administration and other functions undertaken within the department, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures resulting in the reporting of results/issues.
Identify and report instances of non-compliance of various regulations and procedures 
Receive, log and monitor breach information as provided by Retail Operations, identifying trends and supporting remedial and preventative solutions.
To attain IOC accreditation within 12 months of employment (first module within 3 months) and embrace ongoing training and development opportunities.



In order to apply for the Assurance Administration role in Leeds you will need to have:

Experience of working within the Financial Services Industry
Be proficient working with Microsoft Office suite
Have GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Mathematics
Good Attention to Detail
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Good Administration  / data input experience
