The Role
To ensure all Pricing cycles and Third-Party Provider dealing and settlement is completed within the required timeframes with a high degree of accuracy.
You will be expected to fully adhere to and follow set procedures which are in place, ensuring that all customers you have contact with receive the highest level of customer service, on a consistent basis.
Attend training to ensure that you fully understand what the 6 “treating customers fairly” principles are and how they affect your department, feeding back any client comments to your Line Manager
Running Pricing routines daily at various times across all funds and providers.
To fully understand and support the ITEQ and ETF dealing process
To fully understand the daily high value processing of bulk transactions for Onshore and Offshore, UKFNW, GFNW, DC Funds Factory and Life Company offerings
To be able to work within predetermined deadlines
To check the 100% quality of deals placed by Third Party Providers
Supply in-depth training to all team members across all processes, ensuring technical aspects are explained in clear and succinct detail

Experience and Qualifications Required
• Good PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and to consistently meet deadlines
• Numerate with keen eye for detail and high degree of accuracy
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and flexibility to work out of hours if required
• Energetic with a strong desire to deliver service excellence and exceed expectations
• Ability to accept, adapt to and promote frequent procedural change
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong team player, but also to able to work independently without close supervision

• Microsoft Office
