This is an exciting new role which sits in our established Finance team as an Assistant Finance Business Partner. You will work with the Finance Business Partner to provide financial analysis and support for the company.
This will include:
To build interpersonal relationships within the business
Identify risk and opportunities with the Finance business partner
Implement projects surrounding risk and opportunities
Develop financial and commercial awareness across the business
Planning and Forecasting
Working alongside budget holders to ensure submissions reflect their plans and to challenge any information where appropriate
Provide analysis on budgets
Maintain ongoing forecasts across different departments – identifying risks and opportunities
Analysis on market trends, business trends and competitors
Product and service costing
Analysis to support and monitor investments and initiatives
Analysis with commentaries across the business to provide information to which can be used in decision making

You will also be customer-focused, innovative and flexible, coupled with the ability to use initiative to challenge processes and suggest improvements. Ideally studying towards a recognised accounting qualification.
