REED Marketing & Creative are currently recruiting for an Assistant Digital Campaign Manager to join a leading organisation based in Skipton.

This is a full-time and permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum PLUS excellent company benefits!

You will play a key role in the wider Marketing team supporting the development and delivery of campaigns, with a focus on digital, online acquisition and email.

You will support the Campaign Manager in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns from creative brief through to final sign off. Working with the customer insight team to analyse results and suggest test and learn activity across PPC and Display.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of display, PPC and email marketing campaigns.
• Deliver a variety of online campaigns from end-to-end.
• Write clear briefs for studio and digital content.
• Work with key internal stakeholders to support the planning and development of campaigns.
• Support the delivery of digital campaigns to maximise performance.
• Work with the media agency and assess campaigns.
• Manage campaign budget and schedules.
• Work with digital content and customer experience teams to ensure all campaigns have clear landing pages.
• Ensure customer journeys are clear.
• Brief creative development for relevant online campaign assets.
• Manage sign off of digital activity across stakeholders.
• Work with the planning team to make sure campaigns are within budget.

Candidate requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification - ideally in Marketing.
• Previous Digital Marketing or Digital Campaign management experience.
• Knowledge of a variety of online acquisition channels.
• Proven ability to influence, engage and work with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• An understanding of integrated Marketing Campaigns.
• End-to-end campaign management experience, including planning and analysis.
