Assistant Branch Manager - Leeds City Centre

Supporting the Branch Manager with coaching and developing a team of sales consultants, you will lead by example, ensuring that the company's high standards are maintained. You will draw upon your supervisory experience to assist the Branch Manager with the day to day operation of the branch by motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service in order to maximise sales and overall profitability.

You will be passionate about finding every customer who walks through the door their ideal holiday and provided with ongoing training, you will be equipped with specialist knowledge to confidently advise on an extensive range of holiday packages and tailor-made holiday experiences, as well as a range of ancillary and insurance products in order to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Lead by example by demonstrating your sales ability and driving profits for the branch whilst providing a first class customer service experience at all times
• Support the Branch Manager with managing the day to day operation of the branch including foreign exchange and maximizing revenue
• Drive productivity and motivation to ensure the team overachieve sales targets
• Maintain company standards

• 2 years travel agency experience with a proven track record in sales
• Good leadership and motivational skills with a passion for working with people
• Excellent travel product and destination knowledge
• The ability to coach, lead and develop a sales team
• Excellent communication skills
• Be metric driven and overachieve sales targets
• Good accuracy and numerical skills
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude
