- Are you a AAT Qualified accountant with at least 2 years plus experience in a busy Accounts Assistant role?
- Have you experience of Sage line 50 or more recently Xero?
- Are you immediately available for Permanent work or Temp to perm position?

An established client of ours working within IT solutions is looking to recruit an AAT Qualified Accounts Assistant /Bookkeeper for their Finance department.
You will be responsible for daily finance tasks such as raising and posting invoices
Processing purchase ledger invoices as well as payments by BACS and cheque
Carrying out credit control duties - chasing over due payments, cash allocations, sending out statements
You will also be undertaking bank reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis.
Take ownership on processing credit card and other expenses.
As well as other day to day finance and bookkeeping duties. There is room to progress and grow within this role.
You must have good Excel skills – including vlookups and pivot tables as there is much spreadsheet work to undertake.
