This role would suit someone looking to develop their accounting career with a successful local company who can offer support on training for the right candidate. Ideally you will have at least one years experience in an accounting role and if you were studying for your AAT or similar that would be an advantage.
Duties will be varied and will include:
Fixed asset maintenance
Reconciliation of control accounts
Payroll for 70 staff
Commissions calculations and payments
You will need to be confident on excel and training can be given on sage. Working in a small finance team you will be reporting directly to the finance director. Due to the size of the company we need the type of person who doesn't mind assisting in other areas of the business if required, helping on reception or with customer services.
