I am recruiting for a well established home care agency that has been operating in Liverpool for over 10 years.

I have a brand new position for an Assessment and Review Officer to join an organisation based in Aigburth that provides home care across Liverpool.

The position is for a Assessment and Review Officer, duties will include:

• To undertake the completion of initial care plans and risk assessments.
• To create and agree an individual tailored plan of support that respects the service user’s wishes and promotes dignity and privacy
• To undertake scheduled and emergency reviews.
• To work as part of the care management team including deputizing for colleagues when they are not available.
• To contribute to the development of the company systems and procedures relating to risk assessment and care review so that they remain appropriate to the services provided.


40 hours a week: Monday to Friday 9-5. Possible 1 in 4 weekend shift.


£ 8.50 per hour (Mon – Sunday)

To be considered you will need:

- NVQ Level 2 minimum
- Experience of working working in care sector either in direct service delivery or management.
