Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a can do attitude and a clear passion for working with children with SEN? If so, then this Special Needs School would like to hear more about you!  

Reed Education Reading have been working with this Special School for some time. It’s a mixed, 3-19 Special School that cater for children with  Autism.  We are looking for several full time Teaching Assistants to start ASAP in this fantastically supportive and friendly school. 

We are looking for Teaching Assistants to work with children with Autism, so some knowledge in this area is preferred  OR, Teachers who have experience in working with Autism and are OK with sometimes challenging behaviour from pupils. 

A lot of the students here have varied needs and so we are looking for staff who can adapt, change, and vary the curriculum delivery. We are looking for people with a can-do attitude,  who really make an effort to engage their learners and get to know them on a personal level. This is not a school where you can sit back and relax! It’s a busy and energetic working environment where there is something going on all of the time. So if a fast pace is what you like, you will love it here.  

I am currently recruiting for long term staff for this school , the roles are 5 days a week from 8.30 - 4.30pm for permanent staff.
