Reed Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading company in the Corsham area with their search for a new Area Project Administrator.
This particular role will require you to work 4 days per week and would suit a customer focused individual with proven administrative experience.
You will become a key member of the team and provide full administrative support including tasks such as preparing project documentation, taking minutes, ordering consumables and archiving. You will support the General Manager with a range of PA duties such as coordinating diaries and attending off site meetings as and when needed. You will also make use of your excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and hardworking individual with a high level of computer literacy including Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are needed as well as the ability to use your own initiative with a high level of accuracy. A flexible approach is also needed for this role as you may be required to travel to other locations within the region.
