This is a new role within the business and will involve a wide range of project work as well as day to day aspects of HR. The role will be based in County Durham and cover the North East, Cumbria and parts of Lancashire. The successful candidate will be looking after a multi-site operation and leading the direction and strategy in terms of Talent & Development whilst working with line managers to get the best from all employees.
You will be joining a fast-paced and complex environment dealing with a range of operational HR issues such as:
* Disciplinary & Grievances
* Performance Management
* Employee Relations
* Industrial Relations
* Absence Management
Ideal candidate must be resilient and have the ability to challenge. They will be a forward thinking HR Manager who demonstrates best practice in every aspect of their role and have a proven track record in working within cross-functional teams.
Due to the nature of the role, it is expected that you have similar experience of working on a multi-site basis and have the flexibility to travel as required across the business sites. A great opportunity for a CIPD qualified HR Manager to take the next step in their career.
A car will be provided as part of the overall benefits package for this position. A full valid driving licence is required.
