Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders, making amendments when needed
- Logging communication on their internal customer database
- Updating customers on the status of their orders
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service
The successful candidate will need:
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoke
- Experience dealing with customer queries
- Good basic IT skills
- Experience working on a customer service environment

The salary for this role is £16,400 per annum, working 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
