We are currently recruiting on behalf of a West Midlands Council for an experienced Architect and a Part II Architectural Assistant. You will need to be proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD with experience in the Education, Housing, Health, and commercial sector.
The Design team currently have a strong bias toward Education and Commercial sector works and are also engaged to work in the following sectors: Libraries & Arts, Leisure, Social Services, Housing and Bereavement Services. The team is currently mobilising to adopt BIM (Building Information Modelling) operating systems and working practice.
A relevant professional qualification in a construction related discipline
The ability to operate at a strategic level to promote and develop the work of the team to retain existing clients and activity seen new opportunities.
The ability to demonstrate pre and post contract related experience
Experience of Co-ordinating and managing multi-disciplinary project teams on wide ranging projects.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (plus AutoCAD), and various visualisation software e.g. Escape, or 3DS and graphic skills e.g. Adobe Photoshop / InDesign.
The roles are on a contracting basise (Ongoing) and hourly rate is negotiable dependant on experience. Please note the role will be working from home initially.
