Based at my Client's London Heathrow Office, your main duties are:
• Manage emails.
• Provide quotes within 10 minutes of receipt where possible.
• Communicate effectively with shippers and overseas agents + airlines.
• Execute in a timely manner, general operational duties of :- arranging Collection / Bookings / Cutting AWB’s / Customs etc.
• Ensure the booking of transport and freight (where appropriate) is done in the most cost effective way.
• Understand the need to show airline references on MAWB’s where appropriate.
• Ensure Post flights are done the next working day
• Ensure accruals are loaded and files invoiced out.
• Complete the “housekeeping duties” on a fair allocated basis.
• General office duties.
Office hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Lunch 1 hour daily
Holiday 21 per year plus Bank Holidays.
