HSBC are currently seeking an Agile Project Manager – Telephone/Workforce Management to be based form their Leeds office for an initial 3 Month Contract with a Day Rate of £500 - £600
Role Purpose
The Business Project Manager will be responsible for delivery of definition, design and delivery phases of the project lifecycle utilising agile or waterfall methodologies of multiple workstreams within the telephony/workforce management programme.

They will ensure that all business deliverables are completed to a consistently high standard, within budget, to agreed success criteria, and deliver the expected business benefits. They will work at pace, with flexibility and agility responding to changing business needs and priorities responsively.

Key responsibilities include:
• Definition and scoping of project activity
• Management of team backlog
• Planning and management of delivery against plan and budget
• Risks and Issues management
• Benefits planning and realisation
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Management of multi-disciplinary team
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum requirements:
• 5 years plus experience of successfully delivering change in a fast paced business environment
• Extensive understanding of retail financial service
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and business sponsors

Advantageous:
• Practical experience delivery of digital change in an agile and waterfall delivery
• Experience of full implementation lifecycle within a contact centre and operations environment
• Practical experience of continuous improvement methodologies
