My well known and respected client are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant who wants to make an move in-house as a Talent Acquisition Advisor

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will provide an effective end-to-end recruitment support to all company functions across the EMEA Head Office, the Netherlands and the Nordic countries. This will be a hands on role across all activities ranging from administrative activities through to interviewing candidates, managing recruitment suppliers & advising Hiring Managers.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

• Through continuous interaction with HR, hiring managers and other colleagues, provide a full end-to-end recruitment service, together with supporting activities.
• Arranging and scheduling interviews / assessment centres and scheduling them in the diary management system & visitor management system. There may also be the requirement to arrange additional resources such as WebEx, video conferencing and presentation capabilities.
• Advertising of positions both internally & externally, including relevant communications through email, intranet and internet applications.
• Manage the provision of a full range of administrative duties, including invoices, interview expenses, contractor schedules, creating & amending records on Success Factors, management of recruitment & interns inbox and other related activities.
• Supporting or leading recruitment projects such as improvement of processes or resources for both local (UK, Nordics & Netherlands) and EMEA.
• Maintain confidentiality, respond to enquiries and telephone calls and provide required information to internal colleagues.
• Provide support and advice to ensure business compliance with EMEA HR policies and processes with regards to recruitment requirements.
• Advise hiring managers and HR colleagues on the most appropriate hiring strategy for recruitment campaigns for which the Advisor is responsible.
• Providing support to hiring managers during the producing or updating of Job & Person Specifications.
• Liaising with internal and direct candidates throughout the process.
• Management of the recruitment agency suppliers including releasing of vacancies, running vacancy briefings, management of the recruitment process, supporting supplier reviews & providing regular vacancy status updates.
• CV screening and the collation of applications for short listing.
• Conducting competency based interviews and providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers.
• Negotiation of offers with potential employees and agencies in line with REMCO approval.
• Keep all filing up to date and carry out the archiving of files in a timely manner and in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
• Assisting in producing relevant reports and other recruitment / HR related duties in order to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• Provide support in the wider HR function (in particular the HR Team Assistant) when required to do so.

Qualifications, education and language requirements:

• Educated to A level or equivalent, including mathematics and English at GCSE level. A degree would be advantageous.
• The corporate language is English and the successful candidate must therefore be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in an internal recruitment function, HR function including strong recruitment or recruitment agency carrying out the full end-to-end recruitment process.
• Aptitude to work in hands on role involving full recruitment process.
• Strong administrative skills and the proven willingness to carry out these duties in support of a wider team.
• Proven experience communicating with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience recruiting for in the Pharmaceutical, Life Science or a related industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
