Working Hours:

Summer:

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 with one hour for lunch

Saturday 10:00am to 17:00 paid as overtime or as a day in Lieu – this is worked on a rota basis one week in four

Winter:

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 or 11:00 to 20:00 with one hour for lunch

Saturday 10:00am to 18:00 paid as overtime or a day in Lieu – this is worked on a rota basis one week in four



Responsible for dealing with all post sales customer enquiries via email, phone and internet system

Creating, amending and sending Invoices to guests

Adding additional sales items such as, ski packs, activity packs, lift passes, ski tuition and water sports tuition to bookings and re-invoicing

Answering the telephone to assist customer with queries, amend bookings travel dates and names on bookings



A high level of attention to detail

The ability to remain positive whilst working with challenging customers and to strict deadlines

Excellent verbal and written English

Willingness to the answer the phone and to possess and excellent telephone manner

Must have previous experience in an office based administration role for a minimum of 2 years
