Based in Denton we are recruiting for a Team Clerk on a temporary ongoing basis until at least 18th August.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support/ assistance to a team based within a social care team.

You will be proactive, highly motivated, organised, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team. Previous administration experience is essential along with a good level of IT competence to work with databases, spreadsheets and word processing tasks on a daily basis.

Taking minutes of meetings is also part of this role and therefore strong organisational and note taking skills are required.  

The successful candidate will work 8.30am to 5pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8.30 to 4.30pm on a Thursday and 8.30 to 4pm on a Friday.
