We are looking for an experienced administrator for a full time permanent position to join a well established and prestigious company based in Newbury.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To support the Practice by dealing effectively with the day to day business operation.
• To communicate effectively within the Practice, to clients and third parties.
• To be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries from clients and third parties.
• To ensure office stationery and equipment is of sufficient quality, quantity and up to date.
• To make travel bookings and travel arrangements as required for the Partner when necessary.
• To assist with the submission of all client new business applications and advice sets in support of the partners.
• Maintain accurate and up to date client information.
• To distribute marketing material to clients and prospects.
• Support the partners with the end to end management of client events.
• Maintain and update client and prospect information.
• Maintain and update client service questionnaires.
