An exciting opportunity to join the Head Offices of a construction company based in Harlow has become available
due to an internal promotion. The role is a temporary to permanent opportunity and would suit a driven administrator and/or receptionist looking to establish their skills within a busy growing company.

Core Duties:
-Be the first port of call for all enquiries, promoting the company and its core values
-Running reception for the office
-Providing administrative support for the smooth running of the office alongside the Business Support Administrator
- Welcome all visitors to Head Office and deal with any requirements they may have.
- Answer all incoming calls, enquiries and liaising with relevant departments to relay messages and emails.
-Undertakes a range of clerical and administrative duties within head office to maintain operational excellence.
-Process incoming and outgoing post/deliveries including external couriers.
-Manage franking machine credit and maintenance of machine. -Travel to local post office when required.
-Communicate with customers and suppliers for information purposes and system updates.
-File required documentation and update systems both paper based and electronic.
-Organise meeting rooms and refreshments as per requirements.
-Assist in the preparation of new starter packs/ site packs and working areas as required.
-Manage accommodation requests and travel bookings.
-Monitor, report usage and maintain photocopier/printer supplies.


The salary on offer is £17,000 per annum working Monday-Friday 9am to 17.30pm with a one hour unpaid lunch totalling 37.5 hours per week.
The role is based in Harlow with free parking on site.
