£100 - £110 per Day

8:30AM – 5PM
We are recruiting for an Administrator to work 2 days a week on a self employed basis. The role will be based at home to begin with (laptop provided) moving to be based in the Welwyn Garden City office eventually.
The role will be to support and underpin the office administration functions. You will need to be flexible and adaptable.
Duties to include:
- Manage multiple email inboxes on behalf of departments
- Generate PO Numbers
- Support the Facilities team with administration: Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Lease Car - administration
- Filing and archiving
- Booking travel
