My client is an established, family run business, based in Ballycastle who are currently seeking a permanent Administrator/ Receptionist.

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 37.5 hours

Pay rate of £9.50 per hour

Job Purpose:

You will be carrying administrative and Reception duties.

Essential Criteria:

• At least 2 years proven experience in a busy office environment
• At least 2 years Administrative experience
• GCSE English & Maths
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Access NI is required

Main Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone; greet visitors and general receptionist duties
• Maintain all personnel records & information
• Liaise with all relevant bodies and key people ensuring resident contracts and other relevant information is up to date
• Administration duties
• Maintenance & organisation of all files within the office
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
