A excellent opportunity has been made available for 2 Customer Service Officers to join their team. This role is office based but has free parking and full social distancing applies.
This role is Monday – Friday 9-5 initially for 2 months however with a view to be extended and possibly go permanent.
This role is part customer services, administration, and postal duties.
We are looking for people with great communication skills, customer focused, good IT skills with the ability to navigate around several systems simultaneously, reliable, forward thinking and someone who will pick up office tasks such as:
- Opening the incoming post and scanning documents to the relevant departments
- Fulfilment of all external post
- Organising and franking the outgoing post on behalf of all departments
- Working in the Customer Contact Centre dealing with incoming calls and General Enquiries
