Reed are supporting a specialist manufacturing company to find a Customer Coordinator for their office in Woolpit.
Full time, permanent
This company is a large manufacturer and distributor of its specialist product both in the UK and internationally with a close knit admin team of around 9 people this is a friendly and helpful working environment with a very low staff turnover, I personally placed someone in the admin team here 3 years ago and they are still very a happy and hardworking team member today.
This role involves:
Customer service – taking client calls and orders via email
Processing orders with high levels of accuracy to ensuring delivery schedules are met
Updating CRM systems
Internal communication with supply chain team to coordinate deliveries
2/3 times a month calling clients to chase outstanding payment and to help set up payment plan if required.
To apply you must have:
Customer service experience
Strong IT skills
Some admin background
Excellent attention to detail
£21,000 starting salary
25 days holiday + company days (free additional holiday days)
