An exciting opportunity to join a market leader with over 40 years experience within it's field.

Working as an administrator you will be supporting the team and most importantly delivering excellent service to the customer and always thinking in the customers best interest.

This is a temporary role with the view of a permanent contract, working 8:30am-5pm.

The purpose of your position will be to control and monitor the process and procedures from the start of a new project through to the successful and timely completion of the works, using the companys project planning system.

Key skills needed:
Strong administration experience
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Initiative and quick reactions to changing situations.

Main duties:
Liaising with customers to keep them constantly updated
Taking phone calls and logging requests with the team
Various administration tasks from different managers and areas of the business
Ensure an up to date programme plan is available at all times for each project
Control and monitor all activities to ensure successful performance in accordance with the programme.
Liaise and communicate with all interested parties including the client.
Create and produce appointment letters
Ensure all of the regions administration tasks are completed on time and kept up to date.
