£9.84 per hour – Full Time role based in Edinburgh
Ongoing temp role

Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a full-time Administrator for one of our Clients based in Edinburgh City Centre on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the whole team.

Duties involved in this role will include:

- Organising meetings and helping with the preparation of all relevant documentation
- Assisting with the generation of promotional materials
- Generating regular documentation i.e. letters, reports, statistics, returns and forms on a range of topics
- Occasionally preparing agendas, papers and minute taking for a range of groups
- Basic finance duties including processing invoices and budget monitoring
- Providing reception/telephone assistance, along with taking and passing on messages to the appropriate people
- General ad hoc administration and secretarial duties

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:
- Previous experience of working in an administrative/secretarial role
- Excellent customer service skills
- First class communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Experience using Excel and Outlook is essential
- Candidates who are immediately available would be at a distinct advantage
