REED Business Support is working together with a local and reputable organisation to recruit an Administrator until January 2018.
Based in Bridgwater, the role will provide administrative support to the Children's Safeguarding team.This is a busy full time role which is available immediately and likely to run until early January 2018.
Duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following;
-Scheduling and co-ordinating work programmes and meetings;
-Maintenance of diaries;
-Making appointments / organising meetings and booking venues;
-Minute taking and circulating to stakeholders who could be multi agency;
-Draft correspondence based on brief summary of requirements.
-Undertake website maintenance / uploading.
Ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy admin/ coordination role. Due to the nature of the work you will be undertaking someone with clear and effective communication skills is desired.
