My client in Woodbridge is looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join their office team. This is an exciting role to join an established team and is a new role created due to an increase in workload. Duties will include the following:
Scheduling active calls
Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails.
Answering any customer queries.
Dealing with any customer complaints.
Processing quotes and following up with customers.
You will have some previous administration experience in an office environment and be confident on the phone. You will be very committed to your work and always want to perform at your best level. They are looking for candidates with lots of enthusiasm and passion for the job. You will have a high attention to detail and be able to remain calm in pressured situations. You must be IT literate.
What’s in it for you?
Salary of £20,000-£21,000 depending upon experience.
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm. There is a staff rota for out of hours that you will be on every 1 week out of 6 to take emergency calls.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays and after 2 years this increases by a day until you reach a maximum of 25 days.
Work phone and laptop provided.
