My client is expanding and looking for a Contract Administrator to help with their busy team. You will be reporting to the Project Manager
You will be working with the Project Manager and Construction Managers assisting with contract support across multiple projects.
Contract Administrator Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager due to department growth:
- Data input for various works through Oracle
- Liaise with PM/CMs for general admin requirements
- Speak with subcontractors and book resource
- Speak with suppliers and book plant
- Manage weekly resource tracker and attend weekly planning meeting over Teams
- Compiling job files (hard copy and digital)
Contract Administrator Requirements
- Be technically strong and proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages, specifically Excel
- Diligent and highly organised
- Able to work in a busy environment or alone
- Confident in speaking with suppliers and contracts as directed by the PM
