Team Administrator (Projects)

New Malden

Up To £25,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience plus great benefits including a subsidised canteen and 26 days holiday

 

My client an international specialist business, is seeking an experienced administrator/Team Assistant to support the Project Management Team. The role is extremely varied, supporting a very busy team who manage international projects for highly regulated organisations including the MOD 

The responsibilities will include:


• Supporting the Project Management team and providing effective general administrative and secretarial support
• On-boarding and off-boarding of team members
• Calendar and diary management for elements of project team
• Scheduling regular stakeholder meetings, taking minutes, capturing actions and decisions
• Follow up on outstanding actions from key meetings
• Control transmissions of documentation
• Some travel and accommodation bookings / management
• Support production of reporting packs
• Maintain Training Log
• Input timesheet information
• Create and maintain an efficient filing system

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a highly regulated sector would be a distinct advantage   
  • Ideally educated to A Level standard.
  • Able to maintain a professional and confident approach at all times
  • Proactive and able to think ahead to anticipate issues, manage own workload and able to use initiative and make necessary decisions
  • Have the ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external resources
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and effective at all times whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and pick up new tasks with ease
  • Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic
  • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Be familiar with IFS, SharePoint Superuser, PMI, APM, PRINCE2 certification

This  roles requires successful candidates to undergo and maintain a Baseline Personnel Security Standard and/or United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) to obtain a Security Check (SC) without restrictions.
