Our client, a leading manufacturer of flooring products that sell to large organisations including; high street suppliers, construction companies, facilities management companies and the NHS is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator / PA to join their team on an initial Fixed Term Contract for 6 months (Likely to extend to permanent after this)

This role will involve supporting 2 marketing executives who cover the UK and Ireland in their day to day activities.
You will assist in all areas of administrative support including ; 

Organising Meetings
Inter Department Communications
Liaising with PR agencies 
Proof reading of documents 
Full usage of Microsoft packages including; Word, Excel 
Administrative support including producing of documents, 

You will have experience in Administration with excellent attention to detail. In this role you will form a key part of the marketing team and offer them full support on a daily basis to complete their work load 
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal will be essential for this role as you will be communicating with both internal and external partners and PR agencies on behalf of the team
