You will be required to complete compliance checks for candidates who come in to register for work in the education sector. You will be responsible for the Enfield, Hounslow and Guilford branch but will be based in Enfeild or Hammersmith.
Delivering service excellence
Deal with enquiries and requests from candidates, clients and Co-Members professionally and efficiently
Support the team with the attraction of Teachers and Support staff
Appropriate complaint resolution and escalation in line with set processes, dealing with difficult situations calmly
Continuously evaluate current systems and procedures and make appropriate suggestions on how it could be improved
Follows strict protocol and guidelines related to candidate data compliance
Working effectively with others
Cooperate with and provide support to Temporaries Consultant(s)
Being flexible in work patterns in line with business needs whilst understanding and embracing the need for change
Being responsible and accountable for own actions in relation to the requirements of the Temporaries desk
Promote effective communication by ensuring that information provided and received, is accurate and well-understood
Effectively support and coordinate marketing activities
Effectively and clearly communicate information on various topics
Follows a set process in managing information in order to ensure that there is no confusion or delay with important messages
Complete diary information in line with required format
Report key information with regards to temporaries desk

Our Assistant Consultants come from a range of backgrounds and having recruitment experience is not the most important attribute however to be successful in the job you need to ensure that you have an eye for detail and can work with Mircosoft Excel and Word.
