My client in Bridgwater is looking for a Temporary Administrator until January 2018.
The role will coordinate the ‘child looked after’ reviews for the local area, liaising closely with social workers and other professional to ensure deadlines are adhered to. In addition to this the post holder will support a busy team with all admin functions. This is a full time role which is available immediately and likely to run until early January 2018.

Duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following;

-Scheduling and co-ordinating work programmes and meetings;
-Maintenance of diaries;
-Making appointments / organising meetings and booking venues;
-Minute taking and circulating to stakeholders who could be multi agency;
-Draft correspondence based on brief summary of requirements.
-Undertake website maintenance / uploading.
