Reed Business Support are currently working with one of our Livingston based clients that require an immediately available Administrator to join their professional organisation. 

This is a temporary position to provide cover during recruitment of new roles within the department. 

Candidates MUST be available from the last week of September.

Job Title: Administration Assistant

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £10-£15 p/h

Main aim of role: To provide administrative support for the Managing Director, Operations Director, Management team and Management Board.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Meeting administration including arranging venues and travel ensuring technical and catering arrangements in
• Placing and circulating paperwork in advance
• Minute/note taking and action tracking as required
• Dealing with general administrative emails and delegate inboxes, liaising with colleagues to co-ordinate responses
• Office administration including scanning, photocopying, filing, preparing documents, uploading documents to extranet and use of document management system
• Dealing with office supplies and facilities, including contractors

Candidates MUST have up to date and relevant experience of working within a professional environment as an Administrator or Office Manager.
