Job Title - Resourcing Administrator
Working Hours - Monday - Friday / 8:30AM - 4:30PM or 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Salary - £16,480.98 - £19,533.78 (depends on experience)
Location - Newton Heath (Please note after Christmas this post will move to Wythenshawe - Must be able to commute to both areas.

This is a 9 Month fix term contract to cover maternity leave.

One of the largest education providers in the North West are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Administrator on a fixed term contract to commence with them as soon as possible.

Role Responsibilities:

To provide a timely, efficient and effective administrative support to the business. To ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process.

• Acting as the first point of call for all resourcing related queries via; telephone, email and in person.
• Processing job applications and liaising with the line managers who are placing jobs
• Maintaining / Updating applicant tracking system to ensure a timely recruitment process
• To be familiar with HR policies, procedures and guidance so as to provide accurate and up to date information 
• Creating and advertising vacancies through various channels i.e job boards, own company website, radio, news papers
• Seeing recruitment process from start to finish
• Supporting and providing first line support to staff and line managers on all aspects of resourcing; Contract generation, offer letter, references and DBS clearance / checks.
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Building internal and external relationships
• Administration - To provide a strong efficient support with all administration


Highly Desirable - Experience of working in a recruitment administration role
Essential - Strong Administration experience 

Previous Experience 

 - Demonstrable HR Administrative experience, preferably within OD/Talent environment
 - Working Knowledge Budgets
 - Customer Service experience
 - Direct candidate sourcing

Job Specific Skills
 - Strong interpersonal skills and customer focused ethos
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Effective time management 
 - Strong Microsoft Office skills

**Knowledge of HR system i-tent would be a strong factor**
