Our client a West Yorkshire based legal company is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their office based in Bradford.
Providing the highest level of administrative support to the department you will be working in a number of administrative tasks including;

File Creation
Generation of appropriate client correspondance
Completion of client questionnaires
Ordering and processing of search requests
Scanning and filing of incoming post
Processing client documents
Processign stamp duty land tax documents
Other miscellaneous administrative duties 

Along with the above you will also deal with routine client enquiries, managing the collation of data and other tasks

This role forms a key part of the process for the residential conveyancing department and attention to detail and accuracy will be critical , training will be provided but previous administration experience will be essential
