Administration Assistant – Glasgow

My client based within Glasgow city centre is looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy office. The right candidate must have a minimum of 5 years administration experience and the ability to work on their own initiative, multi task and prioritise their work load.

Hours of work Mon – Fri 9-5.30
Salary £17,000-£18,000PA

Duties and Responsibilities
• Screening phone calls
• Processing mail
• Covering reception area
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Setting up meeting rooms
• Minute taking
• Compiling reports
• Data Input
• Processing expenses
• Organising travel
• Any other admin related duties

Requires skills and expertise
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proficient on all Microsoft packages
• Great organisational skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
• Previous experience as an administrator in a similar role
