Up to £9.00 per hour depending on experience – temp role for 3 weeks
Full-Time - based in Musselburgh

One of Reed’s clients based in Musselburgh are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis for 3 weeks to cover staff annual leave. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of administration duties to support to the business.

Duties involved in this role will include:-
• Dealing with incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email and web
• Ensuring the incoming enquiries are dealt with to the highest standard, referring when necessary
• Tracking correspondence on the internal company Excel database
• Posting out marketing material to potential customers
• Co-ordinating and booking in “show-rounds” for the various facilities managed by the office
• Various other ad hoc administration duties

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:-
• Previous experience in an Administration role – this experience is essential
• First class communication skills, both written and verbal – this is also essential as you will be dealing with both customers and internal contacts
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload effectively
• Solid IT skills, including the use of Word and Excel
