The roles includes order processing, receiving orders via CRM, telephone, fax, and e-mail. Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are processed correctly, managing stock levels and general Administration.

• Order Processing
• To receive customers orders via the CRM system, fax, e-mail and telephone.
• To process and communicate information to relevant personnel – Planning, Accounts, Despatch (internal & external)
• To manage stocks and create purchase orders when necessary.
• Raise and communicate internal admin documents
• Maintain and update an efficient filing system for customers’ orders and documentation
• To work as an integral member of the Order Processing Team and be prepared to offer support and help to all colleagues
