This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a Business Administration role for a charitable organisation based in Leeds (LS10). 

Previous administration experience is preferred for this role. The ideal candidate must show high levels of attention to detail and accuracy orientation. They must also have the ability to manipulate large volumes of data accurately and in a timely manner. 

Length of Assignment: 4 Weeks (potential to be made permanent)

Essential Duties:

The Programme Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Programme Support team, a team which acts as the first point of contact for participants referred to our preventative health services. The team are responsible for assessing the eligibility and suitability of participant referrals to our services and trialing them accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

Data Capture and Database Management

• Capturing all required participant and programme data and maintaining excellent database integrity, across multiple databases, at all times.
• Reviewing in the region of up to 60 participant questionnaires a day and determining their eligibility and suitability in accordance to the contract(s) obligations.
• Ensuring that each participant referral is accurately recorded on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system along with the corresponding data and eligibility status, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• MI and Commissioner Reports will identify any inaccuracies that have been inputted on the CRM system; the Programme Support Administrator will be expected to rectify these appropriately in a data cleanse activity.

Communication (written and verbal)

• Managing the secure NHS inbox and being responsible for delegating incoming queries and requests, responding to participant referrals within a reasonable time frame and maintaining an efficient electronic filing system.
• Communicating with external stakeholders (where required) in writing in a professional and appropriate manner, ensuring professional presentation at all times. Specifically responding to GP participant referrals in order to confirm receipt and query any referrals where necessary.
• Presenting information to internal and external stakeholders in an accessible format, maintaining a high quality of presentation at all times.

Quality and Continuous Improvement

• Constant review and improvement of current operational systems and databases, feeding back ideas to your line manager, in the first instance.
• Sharing best practice with other Co-Members relating to performance optimisation across the business.
• Promoting a high quality, accuracy and right first time ethos within the team at all times.

Person Specification

5 A* - C Grades (including Maths & English). 
Strong Administration skills. 
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
