Our rapidly growing client who is a worldwide distributor of electronic components currently requires an Office Administrator. This is a really exciting opportunity based at our clients international headquarters based in Harlow, Essex.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for:

• Dealing with inbound customer orders and inquiries by telephone and email
• Booking new orders from clients
• Placing orders with suppliers
• Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding delivery schedules
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch (Very light electronic components)
• Financial Administration to include maintaining accurate records on accounts system

Our client is very keen to find the right candidate who is prepared to be flexible and hands-on. The job requirements may evolve over time as the company grows and full training will be provided in order for the right person to grow with the role.

The salary offered will be from £16,000 to £18,000 depending upon experience.
There may be the opportunity to travel overseas to offices in the USA.

The role with suit someone who is IT literate, organised, with an attention to detail who has the ability to organise their own work load. The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast paced environment in a varied role.

- Strong administration experience 
- Experience within buying and purchasing is desirable 

Candidate required to have C or above in GCSE's (or alternative) in English and Maths.
