In this roles you will performing administrative duties and also support the sales and business generation.

Other duties within your role will include-

-First point of contact for telephone calls and general correspondence. You must possess good telephone skills and the ability to deals with callers in a professional manner.

-Issue insurance quotes, process policy documents and maintain accurate filing systems. This will require you to be through and accurate to keep in line with the Data Protection Act and FCA.

-Maintain up to date knowledge of policy requirements and you must require the ability to learn and willingness to develop an excellent understanding of products offered by the company.

The role offers car parking and is located a short walk from Ely Train station.
Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 9-5 with a 1 hour lunch break.
